About our Founder
Welcome! I’m Dr. Britt Safstrom, a Florida native, new mom, and park enthusiast dedicated to making family travel feel both joyful and restful. With nearly twenty years of experience, I’ve supported children with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. I founded Compass Haven Collective to help families savor elevated resort and park days while knowing their children are cared for with professional warmth and discretion. We provide educator-informed, travel-specific support that focuses on navigating high-stimulation environments with ease. Our mission is to ensure every child feels secure and successful through thoughtful pacing and expert attention to detail.
